Nobbe scores Top-5 finish at Moler

Friday night saw Dustin Nobbe return to Moler Raceway Park (Williamsburg, Ohio) to compete in a field of 16 Late Models. Marching forward five spots in his heat race, Nobbe posted a third-place finish, which positioned him fifth on the starting grid for the $1,500-to-win A-Main. After showing speed early in the race and working his way up to second, Dustin lost his momentum after a late-race red, dropping him to fourth behind Robby Hensley, Bill Sheets, and Avery Taylor with Tristan Chamberlain coming in fifth.
