Dustin Nobbe
Runner up with the Northern Allstars Late Model Dirt Series
Nobbe Racing went to Florence Speedway to compete with the Northern Allstars Late Model Dirt Series. 34 super late models would compete for 5 thousand dollars. Mother Nature would throw a wrench on the plans arriving just before hot laps were scheduled to start. After nearly a 2 hours rain delay the racing would start. Dustin would qualify 4th overall starting him on the pole of heat race 4. After a driver error on the start Nobbe would cross the line second in the heat race. This would start Nobbe in the 8th position for the main event. By half way Nobbe would make his way into the 3rd position running the high side. After some near misses with the monstrous cushion Nobbe would fall back to 5th. Finding a line around the bottom of Florence Speedway Nobbe would rally back up to the runner up spot at the line behind Garrett Alberson. Spencer Hughes, Robby Hensley and Devin Gilpin would round out the top 5.
Nobbe Racing will be taking the weekend off to celebrate the 4th of July.
